Portland & Western caboose #4 displays an Operation Lifesaver logo and safety message while serving as the railroad's yard office in Linnton, Ore., northwest of Portland.

This car is still in service on the PNWR, and is used as a "shoving platform" on the former BN (Oregon Electric) branch between Hillsboro and forest Grove.
