CMRR Volunteer Joe Klapkowski is repainting CMRR flat 202, former CV flat 7704 in Phoenicia. This is the flat we use for work train service from Cold Brook to Phoenicia. We plan to put a new deck on the 202 once Joe is finished with repainting. He is about 3/8ths done on the inside, 100% done on the outside.
