Cars Stored Between MP 5.5 and 5.4 West of Kingston

On Saturday, October 28, we plan to move the cars in this photo east off of unstable track so the cars are out of danger and track repairs can begin. The cars are (l-r), ex PRR Goldola, ex NYC hopper, CNJ 1204, CNJ 1198, EL MU 4322, and ex D&H No.154 diner "Lion Gardner". Some of the cars will need to be moved across Route 209; we will be doing this with a backhoe. I'm sure this will be quite a sight to passing motorists!

Once track repairs are complete, the cars will be moved 5 miles up the line to a siding at West Hurley, MP 10.4.
